Elegant place, wonderful tasting food
We went to Gare for a work lunch break. First of all, I highly recommend booking, because when we arrived the place was full. We ate very well without spending much, really interesting dishes are offered every day. Only complaint: service a bit slow, perhaps due to lack of staff. However we would love to return.

Small restaurant with an intimate setting, reservations recommended, outside adjacent to the tracks but few trains pass in the evening, parking within walking distance. The chef's passion can be seen in the plating and refined dishes, quality raw materials, kind staff. The raw fish tasting menu is good, the only flaw is that there is only raw fish for the starter, including a second course (even a tartare) would be ideal. The risotto was excellent, the purple gnocchi were fantastic, the bread made by them was delicious, everything was really good. Prices proportionate to the raw material.

A dinner in this place is a splendid all-round experience. Welcomed by the cheerfulness and courtesy of the staff, we delve into the gastronomic proposals of the tasting menus or the menu. From the entrees to the desserts, each course is a discovery of textures, flavors and contrasts, always pleasant, never pushed to excess. The placid, welcoming environment, with soft music and lights of perfect intensity, goes wonderfully with the tasting of the dishes offered.
The prices are absolutely justified by everything that has just been written.
An absolutely recommended experience for a high-level dinner.
